1.   What is Genlock?
       Genlock is an interfacing device between two or more video sources.
       By this device one can lock sources with different frequencies into one common
       frequency. Our Genlock is specially made to lock an Amiga computer and a
       video source (VCD, VCR, Cable TV Receivers, etc.)
       This BlackMagic Genlock is used to Superimpose Titles and Graphics on running
       video for Cable TV and Videography by using an Amiga computer.
2.   Can we use your Genlock for IBM PC?
       No, you can't use our Genlock for IBM PC. There are special Genlocks available
       for that purpose.
3.   Where can we purchase your Genlocks?
      For some time we are not concentrating Foreign marketing. If you are from India,
       you can try our distributors whoever closer to you.
4.   What is the difference between other Genlocks and your's?
       If you are familiar with Amiga and Genlocks, by doing few tests you can see the
       difference.

       1. Load a poor & average Video tape in the VCR, connect the system, boot the
           computer. See the overlayed graphics.
           BlackMagic gives steady graphics and most of other Genlocks give rolling
           image. Due to this problem one can not load the script even.
      
      2. Connect VCR, make BlackMagic and other Genlock work as usual. Stop the
           VCR, see what happens on the screen. BlackMagic automatically switches
           over to only-graphic mode and other does not. Pls. ref. our Features.
     
       3. Boot the computer after connecting BlackMagic Genlock with or without
           video-in. You can see the graphics ( Work Bench Main Screen) in center
           of the screen as how you should get always. Other Genlocks won't give the
           graphics in center, if it give graphics in center, it won't boot properly without
           video input.  Pls. ref. Features.
          
5.   Is it more expensive than other Genlocks?
      No, it is the only economical Genlock you ever get with lot of features.
6.   Can we use Scripts from the Floppy on your Teleprompter?
      Yes, you can type the script in Microsoft Word or any word processor and bring
      the floppy. With in seconds it can be opened in our Window based software
      and run smoothly with lot of options. Pls. ref. Teleprompter.
7.   Can we use Hindi Language  in your Teleprompter?
      Yes, you can use any language in BlackMagic Teleprompters.
8.   What is Teleprompter?
       It is a system of  IBM Computer with special software, Two way mirror and a
       hardware. Part of the system is mounted in front of a camera, which shoots the
       NEWS reader or anchor person. The script is reflected from a monitor onto the
       mirror. Speed, Size, and Font  of the script can be adjusted to the convenience
       of the reader. The ultimate effect is seen as if the news reader is reading a long
       script by looking at the audience without seeing   the script. It is mostly used in all
       professional studios.
9.   Can I use your Genlock for Amiga A500?
       Yes, you can very well use our BlackMagic Genlock for Amiga A500, A600, A1200
       and A4000. Please check the compatibility of third party equipments in you Amiga
       manual.
